Animated Video
The purpose of the video is to aid in the understanding of the complex morphological process that occurs during the development of the human brain between post-conception weeks 4 – 16.
It aims to demonstrate hard to visualise angles such as the folding of the cerebellum while offering situational context.
Video is best viewed in full screen.
Animated 3D Model
This 3D model is aimed to be used in conjunction with the animated video above and the other 3D models below.
As the model is animated, it allows the user to navigate the development at their own pace. This offers complete control over viewpoints at any stage of development and thus aims to offer deeper visualisation than that of a stationary 3D model or animated video with pre chosen viewpoints.
